If the phrase "depressingly single" has any personal meaning to you, either right now or in a happily departed past life, then you need to go right now and visit Tiny Sepuku.

There you will find a quite large collection of one-page comics in which cute little people and animals answer readers' questions about life and love. These comics will not, for the most part, break your heart. What they will do is remind you about the times you have already had your heart broken with an accuracy that will freeze your blood.

This guy brings the Truth, and that's the highest praise I can give. While the comics are almost always funny, and the situations exaggerated, you will find yourself laughing with the comic and at yourself at the same time.

The ancient Greeks used their plays as a kind of mass catharsis, a communal expunging of emotions. This is the closest thing we are likely ever to have.
