Miramonte is now the State Champion in certamen.

Hobbs and I are, if not friends, at least on good terms.

I took third place in Pentathlon.

I have a spot on the California certamen team, at the national convention.

I am going to work my ass off studying for that.

I am now State Champion in Latin Oratory.


Brian Kaewert, parliamentarian two years ago and a genuinely great guy, found me after the banquet and we had a nice conversation. He actually made me feel better about losing, a little.
