occultatiooh my god, i have been sleeping terribly. all week, all spring break i have been unable to sleep in later than 9, and then yesterday i woke up at 5 AM. yesterday i could put myself back to sleep, but today it's 4 AM and i'm wide awake and shivering under the covers and my head and mind feel sick. i don't know what's happening.
