lowellboyslash: You of all people need to read Digger. I mean, I would reccommend it to anybody in general, but I have a feeling that you in particular would really enjoy and/or appreciate it. The archives are free only for another week or so, and this is very much worth your time. It has wombats, hyena mythology and Ganesh!

novalis: So, I went looking around at some of Ursula Vernon's other art (she being the creator of Digger), and I realized something: she is the person who needs to illustrate Hitherby Dragons. I think part of why Vernon's stuff resonates with me is that she has the same sort of cracked-but-appropriate worldview as Borgstrom... they share a mystique, of sorts.
